Shipping policy
At Sticky Dreams, we're so excited for you to receive your awesome new stickers! As a small business startup, we're dedicated to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how we process and deliver your sticky treasures.
1. Processing Time
* All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding major holidays after receiving your order confirmation email.
* You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Domestic Shipping within the United States
* Standard Shipping:
* Cost: Calculated based on weight/order total with Free shipping on orders over $25.
* Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
* Tracking is Included
* International Shipping (if applicable):
* Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
* Estimated Delivery Time: 7-21 business days, but please note this can vary widely due to customs.
* Tracking may be limited once the package leaves the country of origin.
* Please Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
3. Order Tracking
* When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if applicable) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
* If you haven't received your order within 10 days for domestic and 30 days for international of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at stickydreamsstickers@proton.me with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. Packaging
* We carefully package all stickers in rigid mailers, cello sleeves with cardstock backing to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect, pristine condition, ready for sticking!
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
* Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
* If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, please contact us immediately at stickydreamsstickers@proton.me. We will do our best to update it before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
* Sticky Dreams is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
* For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If they are unable to help, please reach out to us.
